Under the theme of ‘Reimagining Dairy,’ the 16th Global Dairy Congress will be held in London, U.K. on June 21–22. The Congress hosts representatives from over 200 dairy producers, suppliers and industrial organizations, providing guests with the opportunity to exchange views on industrial development.

Yili Group has a series of presentations lined up for the Congress. Dr. Yun Zhanyou, Vice President of Yili Group, has been invited to attend the industry leadership panel. Dr. Yun will join other global dairy leaders and industrial organization representatives to discuss the industry’s future.

Dr. Gerrit Smit, Managing Director of the Yili Innovation Center Europe, will deliver a keynote speech titled “Meeting global consumer health needs through innovation,” sharing innovation case studies of Yili’s star brands Satine and AMBPOMIAL. Yili and the organizing committee will also co-host a roundtable themed “Innovation Leads to a Healthy Future.”

At the Congress, Yili’s brands Satine and AMBPOMIAL will present their latest innovative products: Satine Active Lactoferrin Organic Pure Milk, China’s first room-temperature active lactoferrin organic pure milk, and AMBPOMIAL Youqier, China’s first carbonated yoghurt.

Satine’s digital ambassador, the first hyper-realistic virtual human character in China’s dairy industry, will also make her international debut at the Congress and present Yili’s latest achievements on digital innovation.

Winners of the 16th World Dairy Innovation Awards will be unveiled on June 21 during the Congress. Yili has again led the way in the industry, receiving 18 nominations for, among other categories, Best Artisan Dairy, Best Cheese, Best Ice Cream, and Best Yoghurt. All eyes are now on Yili to see how many awards the dairy giant will take home.
